New Flight Training facilities have been completed at NSW Air to increase our capacity for training for new student pilots and pilots wanting to advance their training to CPL and beyond.

The new classroom facilitates lectures for up to 12 at a time and it doubles as a briefing room for Aerial Patrol pilots and crew, with electronic facilities and projection equipment.

New Simulator facilities have just been installed, with a state of the art Simulator to improve pilot skills and allow Instrument and Command Instrument training to take place.

The Cat III facility is manufactured by Precision Flight Equipment and has been built to the exact design features of our Beechcraft Duchess. Full navigation equipment allows training in NDB, VOR, ILS, LLZ, DGA, GNSS (RNAV) approaches. This will allow students to train to a much higher level and save considerable funds on Twin Engine and Instrument ratings.

Simulator Facilities are available for hire Dual with Instructor at $95 per hour or Solo at $55 per hour.
